Goddess Workshops
In this series, we will gather together through the ancient art of story telling and explore the myths surrounding different asana. You may have heard your teachers que Hanumanasana (split), Bhujangasana (cobra), Vrikshasana (tree), and Navasana (boat), but do you know the myths these poses are named after? Or their significance outside of how it fits into a flow sequence?
Learn the myth, embody it in your practice, and dance with the many guises of Shiva off the mat.
